Direct-Hire (Contingency Services)

We meet with the client to discuss your business requirements and to understand your company culture.

  • Our Direct-Hire process utilizes a variety of resources and channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • We conduct behavioural interviews and assess technical capability.
  • Shortlisted candidate resumes and brief summary are sent to the client.
  • We arrange Video/telephone/personal interviews between potential shortlisted candidates and the client.
  • We complete references so that you are confident in your hiring decision.
  • On our client's behalf we will help in negotiating the candidate compensation package, closing and initial onboarding details.
  • After the selected candidate’s placement we will provide follow-up check-ins with both client and candidate to help ensure a smooth transition.
